Welcome to Cycle & Sip. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our official website and all associated services, including our café offerings, bicycle rentals, bike repair services, guided tours, and seasonal events. By accessing or using our online platform or any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Conditions
- By using our site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
- You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Café Services
- All food and beverage items are prepared fresh. We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Prices for our café products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Bicycle Rentals
- Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID and a credit card for rental and security deposit purposes.
- All rentals require a signed waiver acknowledging personal responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to the bicycle during the rental period.
- The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the bicycle and/or any accessories in case of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Rental duration and rates are specified at the time of booking and payment, and late returns may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse rental to any individual for safety concerns or non-compliance with our policies.
4. Bike Repair and Maintenance Services
- Customers must describe the issues with their bicycle honestly and completely upon drop-off.
- A service quote will be provided before work commences. Any unforeseen issues requiring additional parts or labor will be communicated to the customer for approval.
- Bicycles left for repair must be collected within 7 days of notification of completion. Unclaimed bicycles may be subject to storage fees or disposal after a specified period and notice.
- We provide a limited warranty on labor and parts installed by Cycle & Sip, details of which will be provided upon request.
5. Guided Cycling Tours & Events
- Participants in guided tours must be physically capable of completing the tour and adhere to the guide's instructions for safety.
- Bookings for tours and events are subject to availability and may require advance payment.
- Cancellation policies for tours and events will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Cycle & Sip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours/events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather) with appropriate notice and refund or rescheduling options.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cycle & Sip or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission from Cycle & Sip.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cycle & Sip and its employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
